The project involves constructing a water transmission line from the Ain al-Bayda Station to the Al-Muntazah Reservoir in Lattakia. Flexible ductile iron pipes with a diameter of 1,000 mm and a length of 14,700 meters are used, along with necessary valves and accessories. The work includes concrete installations, trench backfilling, and constructing roads and bridges.
Water Sanitation Networks and Dams
Channel C
The project aims to construct a reinforced concrete stormwater channel with dimensions of 5×3 meters, starting from the quarries of Beit Shabo in the Dattour area of Lattakia and extending to the sea. It is designed to drain stormwater and heavy rainfall, protecting homes and low-lying areas along its path. The work includes excavation, concrete pouring, and installing two reinforced concrete sewer lines with diameters of 80 cm and 60 cm on the right and left sides of the channel.
Officers’ Club Reservoir
Excavation of a circular base below sea level with the execution of a layer of submerged concrete and reinforced concrete. The reservoir has a capacity of 200 m³ and includes the execution of external and internal insulation work for the reservoir with all sanitary extensions and the necessary electrical panel for the investment of the project.
Construction of the Bakhasoun Dam
The project involves excavation and casting mass concrete in streambeds to create small dams for collecting rainwater, aiming to utilize this water for irrigation and agriculture during the summer.

Construction of an Underground Water Tank (6,000 m³) in Qarafees
The project involves building an underground reinforced concrete water tank with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters to support the second water transmission line to Lattakia city, along with constructing a retaining wall around the tank for protection.
Barjan Wastewater Treatment Plant:
This project involves the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the Barjan area, targeting a population of 31,500 people. The scope of work includes excavation, construction, and finishing, as well as the creation of sedimentation basins, rotating tanks, and filtration units. It also includes the installation of all required mechanical and electrical systems to ensure full operation.
Supply and Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Metal Transmission Line for Ayn al-Bayda Plateau Pumping Stations (Civil Works)
The project included the excavation and installation of two metal pipelines for water transportation used for irrigation purposes, with each pipe having a diameter of 140 cm and a thickness of 14 mm. Each pipeline section is 12 meters long and is externally insulated with bitumen. The two lines extend over a distance of 3,400 meters from the pumping station at the 16th of October Dam to a 50,000 m³ reservoir in the Ayn al-Bayda Plateau, designed to irrigate agricultural lands adjacent to the dam covering an area of 5,000 hectares. The project also includes the pipelines crossing over the dam’s spillway, spanning 54 meters, making it one of the longest metal beams in the country.
