— Structural projects
Built across Syria.
Decade after decade.
A selection of structural projects delivered by AL AMAL — from a 500-unit humanitarian housing development to high-rise university towers and large-scale school complexes. Each project executed end-to-end, from initial excavation through final handover.
Project 01 — Education complex
Qninis Schools
Complex.
The largest school complex in Latakia, comprising five secondary schools — each with 36 classrooms — alongside:
- Health center
- IT center
- Auditorium
- Police station
- Football field
- 100 m³ water tank
The project also included roads, sidewalks, and service areas, delivering a complete educational environment with all structural and final finishing work executed to ensure quality and longevity.
Project 02 — Warehousing
Al-Samiyya
Warehouses.
Precision planning and site preparation, with coordinated structural work and on-site materials management — delivering the project safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Project 03 — Warehousing
Saqoubin
Warehouses.
Large, well-organized warehouses for materials storage, designed for safe practical use — with optimal spatial distribution and high structural stability.
Project 04 — Residential tower
Residential tower
in the heart of Latakia.
A distinctive urban project bringing together luxury, comfort, and security in a strategic location in Latakia. The building was executed to the highest quality standards using the best local and international materials — a landmark of refinement and stability.
The project comprises 11 floors at 600 m² per floor, plus a full service floor housing boilers, fuel storage, and electrical panels — making it a complete residential development that combines high quality, modern design, and advanced infrastructure.
The façades feature elegant engineered granite and humidity-resistant European paint, with colored aluminum framing and double-glazed windows that deliver exceptional insulation and quiet.
Entrances, staircases, and balconies are clad in imported natural marble — giving the building a refined character built to last.
The building includes two modern elevators from leading international brands, plus a central generator that maintains shared services at all times, with full electrical and sanitary fit-out in every apartment.
A grounding system and lightning protection ensure the highest safety standards, alongside modern infrastructure including central antenna, intercom, and landline.
A spacious garage with capacity for more than twenty vehicles, equipped with a remote-controlled electric gate, adds practical comfort for residents — complemented by a caretaker’s residence and ancillary services for ideal building management.
Project 05 — Humanitarian residential project
Emirates Red Crescent
Residential Project.
The project comprises 500 fully furnished residential apartments, alongside a commercial mall, a school, a mosque, and public facilities — dedicated to those affected by the earthquake in Latakia. The site covers 120,000 m² near Latakia’s industrial zone. The project is fully funded by the Emirates Red Crescent, with the Syrian government providing the land.
Our company executed all infrastructure work — sewage networks, freshwater, electrical, and telephone systems — along with road works (quarry residue, crushed stone, asphalt mix), sidewalks, and landscaping.
The concrete buildings are fully prefabricated. We executed all cladding phases across the entire project, reaching a delivery rate of two apartments per day. The project was completed within the agreed schedule and to required technical specifications, under direct supervision of the Emirates Red Crescent.
Project 06 — Higher education
Tower Building
Al-Sham Private University.
Execution of the structure and cladding for Al-Sham University’s tower building in Al-Sulayba district, Latakia — including installation of all low-voltage and high-voltage systems.
Scope includes elevators, VRV air conditioning, fire alarm system, telephone, computer network, alongside laboratories, dental chairs, and other essential systems.
